About This Is The Place Heritage Park

This Is The Place Heritage Park offers fun all year round! The entire family will have a great time stepping back in time and seeing the West as it was in the early settlement of Utah. Visitors will be able to tour around the park on one of the three trains, the Jupiter, Blackhawk, or the 119. Ride ponies, meet and pet farm animals, or try to milk Clara Bell the Cow. Enjoy The Treasure House which tells the story of mining in Utah through hands-on experiences. You can also dig for gemstones in Prospectors Pit, and identify your rocks at the Assay Station. Celebrate heritage before the arrival of the settlers at the Native American Village, grind and make arrowhead necklaces, enjoy a show of Native American dancers, and so much more!
