The Salt Lake Tennis & Health Club has offered Tennis, Swimming, and Fitness programs for the whole family since 1912.
They also offer Yoga, Pilates, and Spinning classes, HIIT and weight training, as well as social events. They also have sauna facilities for a more relaxing experience.
For kids ages 5 to 12, the Club offers fun Summer Camps with different sports as the main activities, including soccer, Kickball, softball, Volleyball, flag football, Basketball, baseball, and Floor Hockey.
The tennis programs are for kids as young as only three years old, to twelve years old, with the objective of learning the basics of the sport while having lots of fun!
The swim and dive lessons welcome toddlers from 2 years old to 17-year-old teenagers. You can also ask for private lessons if you’d like!
